About Our Community
Summer Wind Homeowners Association, Inc is a New York Not-for-profit corporation incorporated on October 29 ,1997 in Saratoga Springs, New York. The responsibility of the HOA was turned over to the Homeowners of Summer Wind homes in 2001.
The homeowners have been proud to have managed the association with an all volunteer membership ever since.
The HOA is pleased to provide Lawn maintenance, Snow removal, Semi-annual Cleanup, optional waste and recycling pickup, Insurance and management of common properties for the enjoyment of the community and has been the center of organizing community gatherings.
